And fade out
I bet people are about ready to shoot me right now. A whole month with no update and when I do it’s kind of anti-climatic. (Unless you get excited about art like I do. Personally I think these are some of the best pic’s of Joanna I’ve done so far). Got caught up with some other projects and had to limit the time I spent on New Dawn.
As far as it being kind of a boring page, I realize that but I also felt I needed to put it in, if nothing else to bring some closer to the necklace doing something though at this point we’re still not sure if it actually does anything besides glow. (Well I know but I’m not going to tell you that would be cheating.)
Anyway got every thing out of the way now so I can start getting back on track again and hopefully I might even have a Halloween pic for you this month too.
As far as the page itself goes, like I said, I’m really happy with how Jo turned out and I think I may have actually got the perspective right. The soldiers look stiff especially that yellow one I wasn’t quite sure what to do with him. Max doesn’t look right either.

Very nice page carman. I do have to say finaly! I’m not even sure how you can say Max doesn’t look right. I mean he is knocked out after all it’s not like he can hold himself right. Great job carm. Hope everythings going well.

p.s. I absolutely LOVED the mask that you made! Are you serious, NO pattern!? That was outrageously AWESOME!!!

well I would’t say no pattern at all. I did get some ideas off a web sight that showed me how to make the foam base and gave me a few pointers on the other stuff.

Hey Carm! Yeay! Another page. Excellent. I have to agree with you, that those are probably some of your best Jos to date. You did a really awesome job with some hard perspectives. The only thing I see which might not look right with max is that his nose is to large, you didn’t put in any defining lines to show what was the nose and what was the fur underneath being pushed up. And possibly the placement of the one foot, but you really can’t tell because of the word bubble. So no worries there. Also the only solider who does look off to me is the yellow one. And his top half does look really off. I think you may have had some trouble with the perspective there. Also is there any reason they all have different color uniforms? Like rank? Or is it just individuality among the troops sort of thing? Just curious. Can’t wait for more. K

the different coloring really doesn’t have much meaning except maybe to tell them apart. It’s also kind of my little omajs to the power rangers otherwise no not really. in fact If I do millitary stuff again I think I’ll change the uniforms

You know, when the I first saw this page, my might went striaght to power rangers but I didn’t mention it in case it was unintentional.
