Yay, first comic of the New Year… Blarg it’s almost two months over due. *Sigh* Thanks to all my readers for being patient with me. At least people can’t start listing me as dead yet.
Been a very busy the last couple months, not just with other things in real life, but with New Dawn as well. I guess the real big thing I’ve got going on if you didn’t already know was New Dawn made it into the local newspaper last week. (It’s up on the Facebook page in case you’d like to check it out.) Also there’s a new webcomic in the link page, Impure Blood so go check that out.
As for the comic itself I think the only panel I really have a problem with is that last panel, the solider looks a little wonky. But other than that Jo and Max turned out fine. Now I need to start working on more of the story.

Yes, it’s true that they are obvious new. I also like the fact that the soldiers actually took precautions in case the prisoners did try to escape. Makes them seem a little more like actual soldiers. Also, saw the newspaper spot. Congrats. Hopefully it will help generate more interest in the comic and really get it going. I think I know why the soldier looks a little off. You made his head way to big for the rest of his body, It’s about 1/4 as big as the rest of the body and protionally it should be about 1/8. Otherwise I think he looks really good though. I know you’ve been really busy, but I was getting ready to write you off as dead, just so you know. Hope to hear from you soon. K
